Partnering with YCGI offers unique opportunities to collaborate on impactful projects and contribute to the growth of Indonesia and Southeast Asian communities. Together, we can make a difference.
Multi-partiality in Action begins with identifying and engaging those directly involved in conflict or divided by differences. We advocate for human rights, but we never frame those who oppose them as enemies. Instead, we create opportunities for dialogue where everyone can interact, express their perspectives, and address differences freely and respectfully. We honor diverse ideological standpoints and welcome anyone who wishes to promote their own faith or beliefs in ways that uphold mutual respect.
Through Conflict Transformation, we reshape how individuals, organizations, and governments approach conflict, moving away from adversarial methods and toward cooperative solutions. We use conflict analysis to understand the underlying causes and effects of problems, focusing on actions that cause the problems, not who the individual actors are. By fostering respect across differences, we enable all sides to find commonalities that can serve as the foundation for collaboration. In doing so, we transform conflict into a catalyst for collaboration.
A space where government, civil society, media, youth, and communities come together. By connecting diverse voices, we spark impactful collaborations that benefit Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asian region.
Our work strengthens community ties in Indonesia while building bridges to Southeast Asia. Partners gain access to networks that share knowledge, exchange experiences, and take action across borders.
With over 20 years of peacebuilding behind us, we mix tried-and-tested strategies with innovative tools—like arts, culture, and digital media—to tackle today’s challenges in meaningful ways.
We practice multi-partiality, engaging all perspectives fairly and openly. By inviting everyone to the table, we turn differences into solutions and build inclusive, lasting peace.
Your gift helps YCGI turn conflict into collaboration funding community dialogues, leadership training, youth programs, and creative campaigns that strengthen social cohesion across Indonesia. Support also enables our long-term partnerships with government and civil society to scale practical, non-adversarial solutions and measure real change on the ground.
